Shipping and Handling: All outgoing orders are shipped F.O.B. La Quinta, CA (U.S.A.). Fleshgear ships all orders within the Continental US UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Hawaii and Alaska orders must go out Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Ground deliveries average 1-7 business days once order has been processed depending on your location. For an additional charge, you may choose the option of Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select. Please allow 2-5 days for processing orders.
Payments: All orders must be prepaid by either a credit card, money order, cashiers check or personal check. Fleshgear accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. Fleshgear charges a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
Returns: All merchandise returned to Fleshgear requires a return authorization number issued by Fleshgear. All merchandise must be returned within 20 days of invoice for exchange or refund, items must be in the original condition they were received in.
